OCAT specializes in abstracting, title reports, title insurance and closings. OCAT was started in 1980 by James O. Graham and is now owned by Beverly Jones and Laura Dishman. Beverly and Laura purchased OCAT from Jim and Sharon Graham in October, 2019.
